It was a quiet week. I am saving my energy for Papa.
I did go to the Playful Paws Cat Cafe and pet a lot of cats one day.
I kicked it on the couch.
I also learned how to fly Papa’s drone.
Dad and I even figured out how to take pictures with it…like this one.
I have also been busy building. I built another boat out of popsicle sticks and hot glue. I call it The Sparrow.
The sails go up and down.
And, there is a removable jib
that can also go up and down.
I also built a popsicle stick airplane. I can do anything with a glue gun.
I also made some improvements to my 3-D-printed sailboat:
My leg may be out of commission, but that doesn’t mean I can’t keep my upper body in shape:
Getting pretty good with them models!
Very excited that you got the drone up and flying. See you in a few days. Very excited! Em, we have a very long list of activities to cover so glad you are resting up.
You are very creative with the glue gun. The drone photos Were nice. I liked the black cat because it looked like the white one we had. Keep working that upper body. You’ll be stronger when you torture me 🤭
You’re looking great and how terrific that you’ve found ways to keep working out without involving the leg.
I love the sailboats you’ve made–the Sparrow is amazing! The 3D-printed one intrigues me….. great job! I bet you’d like to take sailing lessons some day!
I also love the fact that you spent some time visiting and petting some cats this week…..they are such loving animals. Petting them not only makes them feel good, but also the person doing the petting….funny how that happens…..
