I started horseback riding lessons this week. (Thank you, Papa and Yaya!) First things first, Diane put some spurs on my ‘tenni-runners’:
My horse’s name is Jack. I gave him a good brushing before saddling him:
Meera is doing the lessons too:
I started building my model Viking ship (Thank you, Nana!) this week. It requires a lot of very detailed painting and gluing:
I’ve been doing a lot of supplemental soccer practices with the Bigs after school. I’m getting better.
On Sunday we did a guided fishing trip on the Crooked River. (Thank you, Papa and Uncle Geoff!) It was a beautiful day, and we all caught a lot of fish. Here I am hooked into a monster. Wyatt, our guide, is going to scoop him into the net for me.
Here’s the Mother with one of her many fish:
We all had a great time!
Nothing but fun this week.
Wow. Sure looking good riding jack. How nice that meera was there also.
Uncle Chris will be proud of you with all that soccer practice.
The “mother” was holding a slimy fish 🤦🏼♀️she doesn’t even like touching slimy chicken!! Looks like a lot of fun for everyone.
A lot of good things going on this week! Looking forward to getting on an horse next time I’m out there. It has only been about 65 years. Great form approaching the soccer ball. Hope Chris agrees.
The Bend Webbs surely know how to keep busy! No moss is going to grow on your feet, that’s for sure! Quite a week you had–looked like a lot of fun. I can’t wait to see the Viking ship when I’m out there– I’m sure you’re doing a great job putting it all together.
I love the photo of you brushing Jack….I could tell that he enjoyed being brushed.
