I was a robber for Halloween:

Before trick-or-treating around the neighborhood, we went down to the river to see the Witches Paddle:

A couple of weeks ago, I made Zen Noodle Bowls with seared Ahi tuna. Delicious:

We went for a walk with Nana near Dillon Falls. It was a beautiful day:



We got to see some kayakers running the falls:

This week’s dinner was a pappardelle with a lamb ragu.:



The Mother made some pork pies. She accidentally put more that double the water the recipe for the dough called for, but they were delicious anyway:

We also had kimchi breakfast sandwiches:


Looks like Nana had a nice visit with you guys. Food looks especially good this week. Hmm the meat pies. I did notice the heavier jackets in some of the pictures. Starting to get cold.
That was a beautiful night for trick or treating. A beautiful hike. I love pappardelle and lamb in it is even better. I love the goggles to dice onions. You are some chef. I hope nana had a nice visit.
