Mom made some yummy omelets mine had cheese and bacon and Mom and Dad’s had cheese and onions.
Spring has arrived in the neighborhood these are our cherry and plum trees.
On Saturday, Dad and I did the Cascade Crest. It was awesome.
Here’s Dad finishing strong after a 25k slog through slush.
I got second place.
For dinner we had Quac and cheese. Basically mac and cheese but with quinoa. It was very good.
On Sunday I made muffins, had a soccer game, and planted some pansies.
For diner tonight we are having kale salad and chickpea fritters.
Post-dinner update: they were yummy!
