We went for a hike in the Badlands. One of the trails we went on was named Ancient Juniper trail. I wonder why:
We went a little later in the day than we would normally. Our shadows got long.
And the light and sky became amazing.
I am, what some may call, Christmas Man. When I decorated the aloe plant, The Bigs knew it was time to get a tree!
Here we are with our perfect tree. You’ll notice something very wrong with this picture. There is NO SNOW. The Bigs have NEVER gone for a Christmas tree and had NO SNOW.
I refer to myself as self-efficient (not sure why this makes The Bigs laugh). Here I am displaying my self-efficiency cutting down the tree.
Nothing to see here.
The skies are beautiful with the colors. Oh and the snow is in Hawaii this week 🥲.
Is Em standing on the base of your Xmas tree? That picture is going on the frame.
I have to say thankfully the sky was such beautiful colors because the scenery was pretty sparse.
I don’t know M. The Bigs having you making your own lunch and now they had you cutting down your Xmas tree. What’s next??
Very beautiful landscape, I didn’t know Juniper grew that large. I see Emmett has a new pet.
Can’t wait to see the decorated Christmas Tree. Love, Jim
Beautiful, artistic photographs of the sky and rest of scenery! And I love the decorated aloe plant! Can’t wait to see the finished product of the decorated tree….
