This week I made pretzels. Before:

After:

I also had my first and second days of kindergarten.

It made me tired.

I also made a solar powered car,

went for a bike ride and a hike,

and bought and planted some new houseplants. These are MINE. The Bigs refuse to take responsibility for cacti and other hard to grow plants. I am not afraid.

I also ate grilled figs with pomegranate molasses

and pasta with broccoli, preserved lemons, and chickpeas.

You are such a brave boy M. Eating figs with pomegranate molasses. Though it does remind me somewhat of Brussels sprouts with balsamic. I’m sure the pasta was tasty and I certainly would like it.
Kindergarten is a lot of work but not for Emmett that can ride for 7 miles snd hike thru all terrain. I wish I had one of those pretzels with some mustard. Yummmm.
Those pretzels, so tasty looking. I’m guessing you are the only kindergartener that makes his own pretzels!
You certainly are a busy fellow. I am glad to see you are taken on the care of the 🌵
Very cool pretzels and solar powered car! Once again, evidence of a man of many interests and talents!!
I hope you’re loving kindergarten….
