Phew, that was a hard ski today. I need a snack.

After all that snow play, we worked up an appetite. Dinner at Laughing Plant helped. Pulled pork, orange-miso yam and butternut squash puree, spinach, chile maple roasted brussels sprouts, Korean BBQ sauce, and ginger-apple cauliflower relish.

This place is cool. They have dinosaurs. (Mr. Emmett is wearing his Dad's sweater. Yes, his Dad's sweater. That's one old, old sweater. Nana Doviak knitted it. It is awesome!)
