It has been smokey in Bend, so I took the bigs over to Prineville for a bike ride along the Crooked River:

We stopped along the way to play in the river and to refuel:

After I finished helping Dad ride his bike (I push him along from back there - not sure what he's always complaining about) I figured I'd teach him how to swing:

I think he's really getting the hang of it:

After swinging, we stopped for frozen yogurt. It was a very good deal - two big yogurts for only 8 cents!

Sunday, I took the bigs for a hike:

We had lunch on a ridge above Todd Lake:


On the way back down, we went for a swim in the lake. It was great:


On the way home, we stopped at the pump track. We will go back at least once a day, everyday, for the rest of time:

Early in the week, I took the bigs for a hike to Lucky Lake for a swim:

Though I make it look easy, pantless log walking is very tiring:


Tori and I played at the river. We shared toys. Sort of.

This week I turned two! I let Mom help me make a delicious two-layer chocolate cake:

I also let her help me blow out the candle:


Dad told me not to let the plate go to my head. Tomorrow: not special anymore.

It originates from an underground spring. It was SO cold.
