I left my hoodie at Tom and Jess's. I had to run over and get it right away. I love that hoodie.
The bigs have been taking forever getting the trees planted. I finally had to take things into my own hands.
Done.
When I pick out my clothes, the combinations are AWESOME.
Our fruit trees are flowering.
Springtime = bike riding
and hiking.
I totally don't need my feet. I've got coasting down.
I worked up quite a hunger at the pump track. Smoothie please.

Spring has sprung. Time to clean the deck.
We eat oats on the porch now. Even if the thermometer says it's 35.
The coffee keeps us warm.
Footy pajamas don't hurt either.
Day two of breakfast on the porch. I took my blueberry pancakes to go and ate on the lawn.
Can't watch the geese if we eat inside.
At the boat playground:
The bigs won't let me put these trees in my room. They made me carry them to the back yard. Lame.
That's OK, now I get to dig holes!

April Showers

April showers bring a powder day
and warm temperatures for window washing,
bicycle riding,
and some snow play.
Dr. Jess next door is due in May. I will probably deliver baby skunk later today.
I went on a hike to the
Crooked River.
Beautiful!
April 15 is tax day and the day the studs have to come off the car. I had to explain the suspension
and the law of the lever to Dad. Sheesh.

Mom and Dad make me do the dishes whenever I am bad (we have lots of clean dishes). That's why I am bad. I love doing dishes.
Here is another time this week when I was bad. We went for a hike. It started out OK.
I was riding in the backpack, and, at some point, I decided it would be fun to hit dad in the head and shriek. Repeatedly. So, the bigs made me walk. Alone. In the rain.
Silly bigs. There were puddles. I had so much fun.
I helped mom make flan. Somehow a whole egg, shell and all, made its way into the mixer. Mom is very patient. She got out all the shell, and I am still alive.
Dad made pumpkin waffles for breakfast. I was too full to eat them after helping him mix the batter.
Playground after a run.
Nana No No went home. Time to get MESSY.
You love me anyway, Nan.

Nan and Pop in the house. Paaaarrrrrtttttyyyyyy!
I took Nan and Pop out for dinner at Broken Top Bottle Shop. They have very good guacamole.
BTBS rice and farro bowl with tri-tip:
House-smoked tri-tip salad:
Reuben:
Mushroom Philly dip:
Pop did some skiing with Mom and Dad while Nan and I hit the coffee shop. I love blueberry bread.
Nan and Pop took us to Kebaba. They have hummus and pita. I LOVE IT.
The Sultan's feast:
Lamb gyro:
By the order of the Peaky Blinders:
I colored eggs. Yellow:
Pink:
And my masterpiece. The green.
I also had an easter egg hunt. I found all the eggs in quick order.
They had money in them. Dollars. I'm rich.
I put it in my piggy bank.
Mom made Grandma Marie's rice pie. It tasted better than it looked.
On Sunday we went for a hike.
Answering the call of nature, in nature.
I hiked almost a whole mile all by myself.
There were lots of waterfalls.
I worked up quite a hunger. Thankfully Nan and Pop left me one last surprise (they knew my parents wouldn't get me a chocolate bunny).
