My Camelbak is full, and Puppy and I are going for a ride.


Mom made dinner while I was out riding around. Zucchini stuffed with lamb and lentils:

It was Father's Day, so I got Dad a fancy 3.5 hp blender. Ha! That's just so you Bigs can fill my smoothie orders more quickly, Dad.

I also let Dad help me make Morning Glory muffins.

And, I took Dad to Bethlyn's Global Fusion for dinner. We got caught in a downpour and hail storm on our bikes on the way there:

We rode up McKenzie Pass this weekend. That is where the dragon lives.

The Bigs did it again. They went out without me. This time they went to Joolz for
veggie on the range (hummus topped with sautéed chick peas, fresno pepper, browned lemon garlic butter, toasted nuts)

halloumi cheese sliders (3 baby naan sliders, seared halloumi, cucumber, pomadoroccio tomato and zaatar olive oil)

cauliflower,

and baba ganoush (smoky open flame roasted eggplant with tahini, fresh lemon and garlic whisked together into a tangy dip)

That's OK, I had way too much fun at Sprout Room to care.

Plus, we had bacon for breakfast all weekend. How can I complain?
