Presidents' Day was pretty awesome (in fact, it was a great week, as you will soon see!). In the morning, I hung out with Meera. In the afternoon, I hung out with Mom. She lets me drink beer (kombucha).

She also let me (was busy in the kitchen and didn't notice) convert the living room into an airplane for me and my friends.

Mom did a good job momming this week. I was impressed. She made me a batman costume out of a garbage bag

and helped me do some serious cooking.


We all went to the library. It may be the greatest place on earth. Books and

COSTUMES!



It only gets better. I got some nordic skis this week too.



Dad and I had a little snack before taking them out on their inaugural run.


After, we had a little coffee. Dad, I can handle two shots of espresso. No problem.


It gets even better. Crazy, I know. But, Nana came this week too. She was pretty excited to have her bags carried by a firefighting, dinosaur-giraffe.
